Avon interview questions

They contacted me directly, they took my information from my university job seeking system. They gave a brief introduction about the company and the role. Asked me to do an small online test. I was contacted once more to do a face to face interview with HR. After the HR I was contacted once more to do a face to face interview with the Manager. A period of one week passed and they called saying I got the position asking my earliest start date.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à AVON en Octobre 2011. 1er entretien téléphonique avec une RH afin de préciser les missions et le poste. Si 1er entretien favorable, un test technique est proposé (a distance) et si celui ci est concluant, dernier entretien avec Chef de Marche. Ce dernier entretien est là pour voir si la personnalité fit bien avec leur équipe, et également présenter sa réponse au test technique.
