Avon interview questions

The interview process was pretty easy overall, I met with the HR manager and my future department manager.The Interview itself took maybe 90 minutes, but they took almost 2 months to make me an offer. The day I started I was told that my manager had put in his notice, and would be leaving the company, so that was an interesting experience.

Applied for the position online. Phone interview with recruiter, followed by second phone interview with HR. Did a "ride along" with a current District Sales Manager and followed up with an interview with the Division Manager. Had final call with the regional manager(took 5 mins) to "sign off" on the new hire. Whole process took about 3 months.
