Avon Manager interview questions

I had 6 interviews. Everything was well organized through external recruiter. The whole process was quick and painless.

The hiring process took really long. It really depends on the recruiter. Some recruiters are good about scheduling, some take a long time. It took two months to get the job. I interviewed with HR on the phone. The in-person was with the hiring manager and her peer. The next in-person was with the VP and a peer. The offer was made in a few weeks.
