I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BDO (Birmingham, Engeland) in Mar 2019
Interview
An initial application process, online tests (easier than usual), video interview, then final assessment centre. Contrary to their preparation email, there was no interview at the AC. Final decisions seemed to be made entirely on a group exercise which had no applicability to Audit. Apprentices and Interns were assessed together, which was a little inappropriate, and oddly the apprentices were interviewed instead of the Intern applicants. My application was also lost, twice.
The interviewer is very friendly, he just asked some typical questions and shared his experiences. Be prepared and confident will do. Research about the company and have question to ask back the interviewer is important.
The interview is basic and straightforward. The HR will ask you questions mainly based on your CV. And it is a nice chat with the HR. You can ask any questions if you want.
