It was very relaxed, first behavioral questions and personal responsibility opinions, but after that very conversational. The person interviewing me tried to be a bit intimidating at first but once you converse a little and they like you it was all very relaxed.

It was a 2 round interview. First one being on campus and it was behavioral. The interview was to get accepted into the Pathway to Success conference at the BDO office in San Jose, CA. Once accepted, final round interviews for the audit/tax summer intern positions were done at the end of the conference. 3 behavioral interviews, back to back with different professionals.
