Bloomberg Global Data interview questions

I applied the position about 1 month ago and they called me after about three weeks to give me a phone interview. The questions are quite typical, like why bloomberg, how much do u know about bloomberg, talked about your curent company, what is ur biggest success, etc. They called me back in the same day and offered me an onsite interview. There was a brief introduction of a company+ the group interview. Then they interviewed us separately, 2-3 people one after another. The questions were what we knew about the company, the main competitors, then questions about the financial markets, e.g. bonds, yields, derivatives, etc. Then situation questions, e.g. how we would react if something happens, etc. The recruiters were young, no eye contact, they would look down at their writings/ notes and tick correct answers. That is unacceptable. In my opinion, the interview went well, however I didn't get through to the next stage.
