I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Düsseldorf) in Apr 2024
Interview
After introducing the company, I began to share a bit about myself. I outlined my professional background, highlighting relevant experiences and skills that I believed aligned well with the role I was interviewing for. As I spoke, I noticed the interviewers nodding along attentively, occasionally jotting down notes.
Once I finished introducing myself, the interview transitioned into the behavioral question phase. The questions they asked delved into how I had handled various situations in my previous roles, probing into my problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and how I worked within a team. With each question, I drew upon specific examples from my past experiences, aiming to provide concrete evidence of my capabilities and how I approached challenges.
Despite the nerves that naturally accompany interviews, I found myself settling into a rhythm, feeling increasingly confident with each question I answered. The interviewers' encouraging nods and engaged expressions helped put me at ease, allowing me to showcase my abilities to the best of my ability.
