Interviewer had no knowledge, there were "old style" italian management mammoths, trying to understand the best proles in the group. No matter your knowledge they were just interested on how good you could tell stories. I still remember a guy that told he was practising semi-professional football (just to make them believing he was a good team member) while he probably was 20 kg overweight (nobody understanding something about fitness would believe it) But they did!!
