I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Bengaluru) in Sep 2012
Interview
It was a capus interview. We had 3 rounds of interview: Written test, technical and HR.
Written test was pretty easy with basic questions on c programming, english, aptitude etc.
Technical round was also pretty easy. I just remember one question where I was asked to reverse a string in place and simple questions on favorite data structures, differences between them etc. Final round was with HR and I was asked why Aricent? what would I choose if I had an offer from Aricent and say Infy and why?
Overall a very pleasant experience.
they will usually ask more about microservices, how do we handle request, ask us to design the api for an application.
they will have L1 and L2 round for overall interview process.
3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Madrid)
Interview
