I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Pondicherry)
Interview
ROUND 1:
It had lot of sections - quantitative, logical, verbal, pseudocode, technical MCQ. Some aptitude questions are too lengthy and you have to quickly get an algorithm to solve the problem.
ROUND 2:
It was a technical HR round for about 40 minutes. They asked to write code snippets, questions about data structures, communication networks, OOP's. Also a lot of questions from the resume such projects done, workshops, areas of interest.
ROUND 3:
It was a normal HR round, they performed background check and higher studies interested or not. They asked why Altran and general questions like that.
At last they gave offer to 14 students and 6 of them were given long term internship before the joining date.
