I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Columbus, OH) in May 2021
Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews. Each were rather laid back and personal. Good opportunity to discuss personal & professional goals to see where we aligned. Each interview had 2 people on it so you were able to gauge the company moreso than the person.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Mansfield, MA) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I was referred by a friend who was in a similar position. I received the referral link from her to apply. A few days later I was contacted by HR to setup a brief phone screening with them. Mostly background questions and why I felt Cardinal would be a good fit for me. After that I met with the Sales Manager who is hiring for the position. We chatted briefly to get to know each other and he then asked me mostly behavioral questions to see if he felt I was a good fit for the role. The third interview was a mock sales call. They give you the material and situation to prepare and you design how you want to pitch the product you are trying to introduce to the facility. The final interview was with the regional director. Similar to the second interview but shorter and with the director. A few hours after the final interview HR called and offered me the position.

Please describe why you believe you are good at sales?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Aug 2020
Interview
1 phone screening, followed by 2 video interviews about 1- 1.5 hours each. They did not make me feel at ease at all. It seemed like they got off on making you sweat. They even laughed and joked about other interviewees not doing well. Very unprofessional.
