The interview process was pretty standard. I received an offer less than a week. I started off as a patient sales representative and was promoted in three months to at home and interviewed with the sales manager and the VP. I presented my tails track record and they gave a lot of different scenarios, so be prepared to answer general questions about past experiences and how they were handled.

What was your strategy for territory growth? Did you make cold calls or receive leads? Identify your strengths and weaknesses, maintaining relationship, relationships, networking, time management, organization, profit, loss, and growth,etc. Just be prepared to have proven sales track records with you, it definitely helps and you’re able to show what you’re capable of.

The interview was a valuable learning experience. The questions were clear and relevant, allowing me to showcase my skills, knowledge, and professionalism while gaining insight into the company and role.
Interview process was a panel of managers/ supervisors. Questions were the usual that are asked. Everyone was friendly and I heard back within the week. I stayed with the company for 5 years.

Interview
The screening process was easy enough but getting an actual interview with the team didn’t happen for me. I went weeks without communication and only received a “you weren’t selected” email right after I asked the person who referred me if they knew what was happening.
