After you submit your application they send you an email for a screening phone call you schedule one with them and then offer you a Interview on the spot depending on your answer. The usual way the process goes.

Almost all were behavioral questions like what is your management style
3-4 rounds. Wasn’t too bad if you know what to talk about. First with recruiting then director. Then with other departments leads. Questions were pretty clear and directionally aligned. More words here
Very professional - both individual hiring manager interview and group panel. They asked question relating to job description and were big on wanting to hear examples of how you had prior experiences that supported the role.
