Long and not necessary. Interviewed with 7 different people 7 different dates. A panel would have been much more appropriate. The process was very lengthy and was basically told after the 3rd interview that the rest was a meet and greet with the team
Initial HR call was quick and the to point. Explained about the company and benefits, shift timings, asked about commuting to work. That was round 1 of the interview. Told me to explain my work experience and more questions focused on most recent employment

A phone call initally with the recrutier who asks some basic behavioral and personal questions, then you move to final round interviews with two managers of different sectors and its also a behavioral interview with some slight technical questions.
