Extremely frustrating interview process, twice now. I have had colleagues who have had great experiences there, and I hear there's lots of growth opportunity and they pay well, but they really need a better hiring system. Twice now, I've gone through multiple stages of interviews, made it to the final interview, and was told I'd hear from them very soon--and neither time did anyone reach out to me. Frustrating and somewhat rude at that stage in the process to leave someone just constantly wondering if they have the job or not.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Nov 2021
Interview
Simple and somewhat painless, but the process was drawn out over several weeks. I found another position before I had any conclusion. I notified them of this and ended the conversation.
