Cardinal Health interview questions

There were 3 rounds of interviews. Each were rather laid back and personal. Good opportunity to discuss personal & professional goals to see where we aligned. Each interview had 2 people on it so you were able to gauge the company moreso than the person.

Interviewers were friendly and easy going. They created a welcoming environment and kept the conversation as casual as they can. It didn’t feel like I am answering their questions. It was more of a conversation style talk.
