Cardinal Health interview questions

After an initial 20-minute phone interview with HR, candidates may be invited to have a phone interview with the hiring manager where the job opening resides. Successful candidates are invited to undergo a series of interviews (via phone or in person pending COVID & office proximity). Candidates undergo 3-5 interviews that include the hiring manager, members of the team they will join or other managers the role may support.

My interviewer was a couple minutes late and said he didn't know he was supposed to be interviewing me and had just looked at my resume a few minutes prior. He made up the questions on the spot while skimming over my resume. For some reason, he also felt compelled to share some of his political beliefs with me. When I asked him to describe the position a little more in depth, his answers were completely different from what the recruiter and online job posting had described. Overall, it was just a very strange experience
