I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Jun 2019
Interview
For this role it was an initial get to know the job interview and then a panel style interview. In the panel style interview make sure you remember names before hand so that they are familiar to you and you have a greater ease of conversation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer will ask basic questions such as tell me about a time you had to tell a customer that a product was not available or what are 3 negative and 3 positive things about yourself.
Interview Process consisted of one phone screen with the recruiter, and two individual video calls with management. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Members of staff who I interviewed with were very nice, conversation flowed easily, and consisted of typical interview questions. Took roughly 1 month from phone screen to accepting the offer letter.
