I had multiple interviews with the current team members followed by 15 minute virtual presentation in the final step. Expect questions after the presentation and provide responses that align with the job description.

I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then had a video interview with the hiring manager. In the last round, I spoke with an advisor and then two consultants on the team. I got overwhelmingly positive feedback during my interviews with the advisor and consultants. However, they have ghosted me, and re-posted the job online. Hot tip to the recruiter and hiring manager -- please communicate to your team how they should provide feedback to the applicant. Getting very positive feedback and then getting ghosted is pretty soul crushing in this era of pandemic job searching. Do better.
