I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2020
Interview
HR screener conducted the first interview (phone call)--she was pleasant, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Second interview (via Zoom) was with the person overseeing the position for which I was interviewing. I was provided with an information sheet in advance about best practices when interviewing via Zoom. Second interview was fine and not necessarily difficult but Zoom makes it a challenge to really connect with a person. The interviewer was pleasant and informative and at the inclusion, I learned that the position really wasn't the best fit for me after all.
Initial phone interview followed by a more detailed interview with the recruiter. Once past the initial screening, you are invited for 1 full day of back-to-back interviews with division leadership and a dinner with former MBA graduates.

Question 1
Knowledge of healthcare trends was an important theme in the interviews. A common question was to ask to talk about how a trend in healthcare might play out in the next 2-5-10 years.

First phone. Then Zoom interview. If I made it past that, then there would have been a panel interview. You will speak with a few talent recruitment employees before you get to the hiring manager.
