I applied online. I interviewed at Cardinal Health
Interview
1st call with hr
Discover the company, your needs, company’s needs, your experience
2nd call with sales manager
Deeper in company’s needs and yours.
3rd interview is f2f interview with EMEA sales manager and sales manager
Same question as 2nd call
Role play : call a current customer and try to upsell
Hi, this company likes wasting people time.
During the face to face interview, the managers discovered my cv. I have been told 3x “but you don’t have experience in medical field”. I went through the 2 first phone interviews and been told even though I don’t have experience in medical field my profile was interesting.
I have a question for them: why wasting my time to meet you?
Ps: after the hr send me a template email saying I’m not hired I asked her “did the manager read my cv?” She replied “I told you to learn more about the company , you weren’t prepared”... so childish.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Augusta, GA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Fifteen minute phone call with HR, thirty minute phone call with Hiring Manager, finishing with onsite interview with tour and four separate interviews, thirty to 45 minutes each. Followed up with phone call to see if still interested as the interview process for all candidates lasted for 2 months.
