During the face to face interview, the managers discovered my cv. I have been told 3x “but you don’t have experience in medical field”. I went through the 2 first phone interviews and been told even though I don’t have experience in medical field my profile was interesting. I have a question for them: why wasting my time to meet you? Ps: after the hr send me a template email saying I’m not hired I asked her “did the manager read my cv?” She replied “I told you to learn more about the company , you weren’t prepared”... so childish.
