Carrier interview questions

The interview process is quite innovative (during my time) in which although the position I was applied for is a developer role. But the questions that they asked were all about self motivation, management, planning and risk handling related stuff in which I was totally unprepared of. The whole interview process lasted for 3 hours in which the second and third hour were a one to one interview with the senior manager (that I admired alot). I can see the senior manager who interviewed me at that time was really interested in me as a person and want to know my future potential instead of hiring me just to do programming job

The full proces was two meetings. It was well organized. The first one was checking my technical skills and I had also a talk with Human Resource manager. The second meeting was a talk with site manager. The interviewers were very kind and I was able to negotiate a good salary.
