Interview
Initial application was through company website. Contact back resulted in approximately one hour telephone interview, weeks later a roughly 5 hour on-site interview. Lengthy delay between stages possibly due to intervening holidays. Operation is split between Canada and the US.
The engineering interviewers were excellent. All of the individuals I met were competent and on the same page. Interesting application.
I was invited to take part in an on-campus interview with two carrier sales engineers. The first was quite pleasant and asked very pertinent and intelligent questions. The second asked harder questions. I took an extra second to think about the hardest one he asked and I could almost see the judgement in his eyes. I am sure this is the reason I did not get the job.

After two on-campus interviews, I got an on site and went to the Syracuse. I was interviewed seven people one by one. They asked me a lot about technique questions and some of them would go through my resume and ask questions based on that. Besides, They required me to give a 20 mins presentation after lunch time. The schedule for one day was tight,
