Scheduled an initial slot with the 'senior' interviewer for the role to have the initial conversation. I got in touch with sufficient notice to ask to reschedule and was told that was no problem. I shared some alternative slots which by the time they'd responded to me had then passed, so I shared some new slots and received no response. I have followed up twice since and have heard absolutely nothing back ever since, no email to advise the role has been filled or I will no longer be considered just pure silence. Terrible candidate experience, reflects so poorly on the organisation!

The interview process was smooth and easy going. As the interest grew, the meetings were scheduled without delay or hesitation. I had 4 founds of interviews, but the interaction came more after the offer was accepted. i got white glove treatment. the handled everything so well.

The questions were geared towards experience and over all knowledge of what they expected from me as a possible hire. I also got the feeling that they were looking not only for a knowledge fit but a personality fit.
