Interview
It was an easy and comfortable process. started with the technical recruiter screening, followed by 2 rounds of panel interview . Each panel is with 3 interviewers testing the technical fit as well the behavioural fit . Most of the questions tested what i have contributed in my last organisation and what skills i get for the team .
Interview process included a technical assessment, followed by an initial interview, and final round interviews during “A Day at Cisco,” providing better insight into the team, projects, and overall office culture.

Interview
One of the best interview experiences I’ve had. The process started with a recruiter screening where we discussed my background, how it aligns with the role, and my motivation for switching jobs. This was followed by a conversational hiring manager round focused on my projects, work approach, and an overview of the team’s vision.
Next were two back-to-back technical rounds: a Data Structures & Algorithms interview with two LeetCode-medium level questions, and a very engaging AI awareness round that explored my understanding of AI concepts and my approach to applying them.
The final round was with the director, focusing on behavioral aspects, work style, and tech ethics. Shortly after, I received the offer.
Overall, the process was smooth, well-structured, and highly engaging. The HR team was extremely communicative, often sharing feedback within 1–2 days (sometimes even within hours). Absolutely amazing experience.
