first recruiter Screen asking resume based behavioural Qs after that 2 technical rounds each 45 mins asking DSA question easy level then manager/director round 80% tech asking networking concepts and anything comes to his brain it was easy like generic questions. overall I performed well but due to headcount they have to move on

The recruiting process in Oslo is quite good. Fast, responsive. First HR call, second hiring manager call, two more rounds of technical interview, and last round about culture/personality .... People are supportive, friendly during the whole process, I receive feedback the next day in each round of the interview, and got the result shortly after the last interview. It's the best interview experience I have had.
