Cognizant Associate interview questions

The interview process took around 1 week. 2 rounds of technical interview & 1 HR round. First round was for around 40 minutes & second round was for 20 minutes. Salary offered during switch for laterals is less as compared to what other companies offer. Though we can expect good hikes later.

It was a great one day process. There were 3 rounds, first technical, second technical and finally the HR discussion. As it was a scheduled mega drive so a lot of people were there. Interview process took full day. Eagerly waiting for my offer letter.
