Cognizant Associate interview questions

Steps: 1. There will be a preliminary phone screen with HR - expected compensation, benefits, location, etc. 2. Then there will be a technical interview (either by phone or in-person). 3. Then there will be a client interview (either by phone or in-person). 4. If the above steps go well, the HR will talk about next steps such as finalizing compensation, notice period, relocation (if needed), visa transfer (if needed), etc.
