I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Databricks in Oct 2021
Interview
3 interviews. One Q&A interview. One mock call. And one interview with a current employee. The main recruiter makes sure you progress through each step quickly. They gave an offer and told me I had 24 hours to accept it. It felt high pressure but ultimately this was the role I wanted over the others I was still mid interview process with.

Question 1
Why are you interested in going into sales? What strengths do you think makes someone successful in this role?
Great interview process although they said they weren't looking for someone with experience but that was ultimately the reason I didn't get the gig. Everyone I met with was very friendly. They told me to check back in a year.
Discussed with a Senior Sales Manager about how the sales process works at databricks, series of questions, asked about experience and relative skills, first initial interview on the phone, walked me through the entire interview process and was clear what the next steps would be if advanced
