Overall it was a very lengthy process that consisted of multiple interviews at different stages with potential coworkers and very few senior leadership interviews. There were multiple times where interviews were rescheduled at the last minute that resulted in two weeks of delays, and very little communication from the HR team. After constantly asking for updates about the position with no response, I assumed I was no longer in consideration. However the HR team did reach back out after two months of no communication to state that there was a pause in the interview process and that they were resuming the search. I effectively removed myself from the process as there was very little communication throughout the process.
Rejected after submitting application within 30 seconds. Process was easy to apply, and good that I heard back very fast instead if having to wait for a long time for ghost
Phone screen is a very complex question that the interviewer can barely explain. Coding it out is pretty easy, but hard to understand the question and interviewer doesn't explain it well so be familiar with all concepts ahead of time. Rejected after this.
