I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Databricks in Aug 2022
Interview
interview is on the hard side, bar very high. Mixed experience with interviewers - some are very collaborative and responsive, some don't even know the problem well. Overall, a pretty stressful experience.

Interview
I had only two minor problems during the process:
1. initial time delay for arranging first tech section.
2. I had two interview sections that I consider to be initial tech screenings (one with a recruiter and one with the hiring manager). One of these talks could be skipped, in my opinion.
I haven't received an offer, though I got some helpful feedback from every interview section. That was good.
Overall, I would recommend applying to Databricks even though my was rejected.
