Question 1
How do I think my Data Science experience can help me in the role
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Databricks in Feb 2020
Interview
First i said after 6:30pm, they send me a link for 2:30pm, I had to reschedule my other meetings to accommodate their lack of rigor.
Then the recruiter didn't turn her camera on, which I think was rude, sine mine was.
Third the recruiter started shrouded in mystery about the job, saying they had many openings but asking questions only about programming languages.
I had to say three times that coding was too junior compared to my experience and interrupt twice her list of coding questions before she gave me the "we will keep your CV" line.
A complete waste of my time, obviously a recruitment process that needs improvement and some more senior recruiters.
