I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Databricks (Londen, Engeland) in Oct 2020
Interview
Perhaps this was the most number of interviews that I did for one company, it goes as below:
1- Introductory call with a recruiter
2- Interview with Area VP
3- Take-home assignment
4- Technical Interview
5- Architecture Interview
6- Culture Fit interview
7- Manager Interview
8- Sales Interview
9- Director Interview

Question 1
There was an NDA so can't say anything specific. Still, perhaps the take-home assignment was the most challenging bit, 5 different data sets that you need to tackle with different data engineering and machine learning skills, and this all has to be done on the databricks platform community edition, you have one week, and you need to score above 80% to pass.
Other interviews were pretty much standard question-based, but overall the team was really friendly, great and talented people.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Databricks in Jul 2020
Interview

Question 1
Why do you want to join Databricks? What is your expected salary
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Databricks (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
I had an initial call with a manager, and it was recommended to interview with an additional manager. My 3rd interview was technical and bizarre at best. The interviewer asked me several questions regarding SQL. In two occasions the questions did not make any sense and was not sure if he was trying to trick me or he did not know himself.
