its was simple and friendly the interviewer was flexible and will make you feel comfortable . we met in a cafe to make it friendly interview , it was very nice experience .

Long, lengthy, and in the end partner determined I did not have the BD experience, hard skills they wanted. However I made this point during the first interview! All interviewers were young, junior with scripted questions, probably made by HR. No industry experience, but professional. It seemed they just interviewed you to weed candidates out- possibly for compliance reasons. Just such a waste of time if the hard skills are not what they are searching.
