I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Digital Realty (Singapore) in Nov 2025
Interview
Agency (R.H.) told me it is a 1 year contract HRBP role sharing Talent Acquisition responsibilities with 2 other HRBPs.
During my 1st interview which was with the hiring manager via phone, she told me that it is actually a TA manager role as she wants TA to be more focused and so that her existing HRBPs can focus on other responsibilities. She also said she is still waiting for approval to get a perm headcount.
My 2nd interview was 2 weeks later F2F peer level with one of the HRBPs. It felt more like a sharing session which was great because of the transparency.
2 weeks after that, i asked the recruitment agency for feedback, none. I emailed the hiring manager to thank her for her time and asked for feedback, none.
More than 2 months have passed and i'm still ghosted and not provided with any feedback.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Digital Realty (Singapore) in Jul 2025
Interview
Went for 2 interviews. The hiring manager himself was late for both of them.
1st one - late by ~20 minutes
2nd one - late by ~45 minutes (I think he forgot)
The other members of the interviewing panel were very professional and apologetic. They were also very helpful in communicating what the job entails and asked how I find myself contributing to the company.
