Applied through University. There were two rounds of interview, Technical and HR. What they asked for tech round were mostly basics like "why you want to join EY", "How this going to help you in your long run objective" and etc. Only few students got shortlisted for the HR round.

Question 1

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at EY (Denver, CO) in Jun 2015
Interview
It was a conversational interview for the most part. I was interviewed during EY's Emerging Leaders Program in the summer. There were only two interviews, and I was really only asked one "typical" interview question. The remainder of the relatively brief interviews were more along the "let me get to know you" lines. Make sure you know why you want the job, and, as always, be sure to have two or three intelligent questions to ask at the end. It shows you're interested.
