Absolute mess of a system. They emailed me saying a deadline was coming up, but didn't give the deadline, so I had to do the stage 2 test ASAP. I did the test 2 days later, and then received and email congratulating me on getting through to stage 3. The following day I received another email, saying I'm out of the running as I didn't meet their deadlines.
I phoned up, assuming a computer error, and was told that it was correct, and I'm out. It turned out that the email sent reminding me to do stage 2 soon was sent after I had already gone past a deadline they hadn't told me about. This was apparently entirely my fault for not looking up their deadlines on their website, and I was being unreasonable asking why their deadline emails didn't say when the deadline was.
So be aware - you may spend hours doing online tests (and passing them) when they've already kicked you out without telling you.

Interview
Once you get call from HR, you will have to appear on specified date for technical round. After clearing technical you will have to clear Director round. Technical round is basically covers your resume and technical stuff whereas Director round is basically to know who you are.

The aptitude test level is high
