Absolute mess of a system. They emailed me saying a deadline was coming up, but didn't give the deadline, so I had to do the stage 2 test ASAP. I did the test 2 days later, and then received and email congratulating me on getting through to stage 3. The following day I received another email, saying I'm out of the running as I didn't meet their deadlines. I phoned up, assuming a computer error, and was told that it was correct, and I'm out. It turned out that the email sent reminding me to do stage 2 soon was sent after I had already gone past a deadline they hadn't told me about. This was apparently entirely my fault for not looking up their deadlines on their website, and I was being unreasonable asking why their deadline emails didn't say when the deadline was. So be aware - you may spend hours doing online tests (and passing them) when they've already kicked you out without telling you.
