Standard HR first round with basic introductions and previous work experience. Followed by technical round with Manager. Then behavioral round with AD. And finally telephone interview with Partner.

Interview
There were 3 rounds of the recruitment process during my college campus placement.
1. Group Discussion. - we were given the topic - "Should India focus more on inflation or corruption" - this is an elimination round. The following 2 interviews are cumulatively scored.
2. HR Interview - walkthrough of your CV and life from childhood to present.
3. Tech Round - discussion on college internships, projects, and some tech subject questions.

Interview
Six rounds of rigorous interviews were conducted. Each person asked me to walk me through my profile, and the reason for choosing EY. The questions branched out after that. Most of them were asking personality evaluating questions. They had also tested some domain knowledge. Be prepared to answer strengths, weaknesses, career prognosis and the like.
