3-hour interview: 1. Case study on whether to acquire HX as a PE 2. Written test on Chinese and English: to analyse the income statement of Cathay Pacific in Chinese, and comment on strategies to improve operation of CX 3. Individual HR interview: basic CV-based questions, during the written test

The interview process can be rigorous. No less than three interviews before a decision will be made (1-2 phone interviews and at least one in person interview.) Describing detailed work history, goals, and aspirations.
