I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EY
Interview
A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn about a practice that they were actively hiring for. It was a pretty typical screening phone call about my experiences and what I could bring. Then the recruiter talked me through the job description and the hiring process.
I was invited to a 2nd round video call 2 days later. It was intended to involve two hiring managers from the practice, but I only was able to speak to one due to deadlines. The recruiter and scheduler did not tell me when I could expect to hear from the other hiring manager. Additionally, they have been extremely slow to respond to my questions.
In short:
I was initially impressed by the practice I was interviewing for, but the HR department is too unprofessional.

There were 2 stages. First is the HR interview and subsequent Director/Partner interview.
The HR interview is more about asking you whether you are interested in joining the particular that you had applied as well as which department do you wanted join and why do you wanted to join.
If you passed the HR interview then it would proceed to final interview which is the Director/Partner interview.
It was quite technical, casual and fast throughout the interview.
