1. Introduce yourself. 2. Attacks a personal trait or characteristic of yours. Eg, speech and personality. 3. Questions past job experiences 4. Reasons for not going back to previous job and performance there. 5. General questions about problem solving 6. Personal questions about school, family, etc The entire time the interviewer seems breathless, restless and constantly walks around. Protip: They don't tell you it's a stress interview at the end.
