The whole process included :

CV short listing took for around 30 days after which only 10 candidates were selected. After GD 3 candidates were selected. And finally one was selected

I went through 3 process of application: online apply and submit resume, receive phone call to schedule a call interview with HR dept, call interview with a manager and online assessment on personality test.
