Interview
Phone interview by Talent Manager, she is asking several questions through your CV on past and present situation.
Questions related to your recent study, any postgraduate study and also any professional credential you hold before. Then the interviewer ask about your past experiences if you have an audit experience they will ask which industry you were work before, for how long you have been working in the same company and whether you have promoted or not. Any gap year will also be asked. Tip: if you have any activity that you enrol or attend, you should explain to them such as language course, programming course, etc.
In the end, the interviewer will ask about your earliest available time, and they will let you know whether your application will progress to the next level or not. Tip: if you have not got any reply within one week, sending an email would be great to remind them that you are still interested in your application.

Why EY Singapore FIDS and what is your expectation for the job?
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
