Interview
The interviewers were pretty relaxed and that helped make the whole experience better. The questions were appropriate to the job and they allowed me time to talk through my experiences. There is also a questionnaire that you need to fill up, mostly testing your personality.

What was your experience with a difficult project and what was the outcome?
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
