The interview is around half an hour and is an individual interview. Just simply do a self introduction and chat with the manager of the department or team I applied for.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
The process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly (total time was less than 2 weeks). It consisted of:
(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational
