1st interview with HR, got invited like in 3 days after applying online. General personal quiestions, relevant work experience. It took 2-3 weeks to get the 2nd interview with Senior Consultant and somebody else. Negative reply came in 2-3 weeks after the interview.

Write a short text about worst job you have done. What is structure of the balance? Recent economic news you are following? How would you start to predict company earnings? Why EY? How do you imagine your work in EY? Generally very friendly interview.

Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.

The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
