In two fases. First with 2 managers and one hr member. The second with an assistant partner. Formal and to the point. Less technical and more focused in background studies and willingness to learn

What is your background (studies, previous jobs)?
Would like to engage in a more technical or in a more business role (I was interviewed for two different entry level jobs, in different departments)
Are you willing to deep dive into things that are challeging now or you would you prefer to get prepared and try again six months later?
HireVue virtual prerecorded interview with behavioral questions and so on followed by a technical interview about python and data engineering concepts then a call with a HR person to confirm everything

A entrevista é composta por 3 etapas, entrvista com o RH, entrevista como time da EY (tecnica) e entrevista com a Empresa que vamos tocar o projeto,
em uqestão de feedback pe muito ruim, vc não sabe em que etapa está da entrevista e somem por 1 mês e voltam dizendo que vc avançou para a proxima etapa
