Candidates who pass the initial stages may be invited for onsite or virtual interviews. These interviews may involve meeting with multiple team members, managers, or executives to assess cultural fit, technical skills, and overall suitability for the role.
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
