I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at EY (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied through EY's Emerging Leaders Program. I believe everyone who attended and applied for Tax or Audit received an offer, but for advisory there was a case study interview required. My interviewer was a manager, although she had just recently joined the firm a few months prior. We began by introducing ourselves. I told her about my siblings and where I grew up (turns out she was looking to move to the same city).
Afterwards, she handed me a case study and left the room for about 15 minutes. When she returned, I walked her through my recommendations. I made sure to explain my thought process as I went along. She gave me one critique (or one area that I failed to acknowledge), but afterwards the process was over and I heard back a month and a half later.

Interview
Not bad interview process, everyone was friendly. I enjoyed meeting everybody and they do a great job at making you want to work there. Good office, good support system, not a bad experience at all. two campus interviews and then a super day at the NYC office. Three interviews at the office, final is a case study. wasnt bad,

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I applied at a recruitment event, had an on-campus interview with just basic behavioral questions, and had the Mega Day office visit. The two behavioral interviews were also straightforward, and the case study is not technical at all. However, I believe they were looking for more traditional and technical majors than mine.
