I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First interview was a pre-recorded online Q&A. Asked basic behavioral questions. Got invited to megaday where they had a couple presentations. Two behavioral interviews which were more like conversations, only question they directly asked was "tell me about yourself" and "why advisory?". Case study was straight forward and something you don't really need to prepare for. Asked about a company buying another and what the risks were, you really don't need to worry about it trust me. Overall, really great process, I enjoyed speaking to the professionals and really got to know them, vice versa. Noticed that with the big 4 you hear back within a week if they choose you.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2018
Interview
Applied through university career website. Was selected for a first round video interview, just asked behavioral questions. Want to see if you're able to mesh with them. Heard back about a second interview which is in person for multiple hours.
did an online skype interview as well as a case study interview in the office. It wasn't to hard just keep the conversation flowing. Heard back within 2 weeks. Great company to work for with a competitive salary range.
